Shipping & Return
xAll orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Zaqiz currently delivers to addresses only within India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Upon confirmation of your order, we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe. Please note that delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment and not the order date. Delivery times are provided as a reference and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays.
3. We aim to deliver your order within 3-6 business days from the date of order confirmation, barring exceptional circumstances. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
4. Delivery dates may vary depending on the shipping provider, delivery location, shipping method, and items ordered. In some cases, products may arrive in separate packages.
Replacement Policy Replacements may be offered in the following scenarios: 1. In-transit Damage: If your product is damaged during transit, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. 2. Shelf Life Issues: If a product is delivered with less than 50% of its shelf life remaining, report it within 24 hours of delivery. 3. Used Products: Used or tampered products are not eligible for replacement.
Refunds & Returns 1. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products, which must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.
2. Refunds will be initiated only after we have received and inspected the returned product. The refund process will be completed within 15 working days via the original payment method (e.g., RazorPay).
3. Refunds will only be processed to the same bank account or payment method used for the original transaction. The name of the customer requesting the refund must match the name on the bank account.
4. Shipping and packaging charges are non-refundable.
