All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Delivery Location & Time
1. Zaqiz currently delivers to addresses only within India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Upon confirmation of your order, we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe. Please note that delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment and not the order date. Delivery times are provided as a reference and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays.
3. We aim to deliver your order within 3-6 business days from the date of order confirmation, barring exceptional circumstances. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
4. Delivery dates may vary depending on the shipping provider, delivery location, shipping method, and items ordered. In some cases, products may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping Cost
1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery method chosen. To view the shipping charges, add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. The shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
2. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations or oversized/heavy items. Any such charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
3. Free shipping promotions or special offers will apply only when explicitly mentioned.
