Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Complaints
1. If you have any concerns about a product or its delivery, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.
2. To help us address the issue promptly, kindly share a video of the unboxing of the package.
3. If your items are damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

 

Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, such as a missing package or incorrect delivery, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your delivery confirmation message from our shipping partner. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

 

Replacement Policy
Replacements may be offered in the following scenarios:
1. In-transit Damage: If your product is damaged during transit, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Shelf Life Issues: If a product is delivered with less than 50% of its shelf life remaining, report it within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Used Products: Used or tampered products are not eligible for replacement.

 

Refunds & Returns
1. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products, which must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.
2. Refunds will be initiated only after we have received and inspected the returned product. The refund process will be completed within 15 working days via the original payment method (e.g., RazorPay).
3. Refunds will only be processed to the same bank account or payment method used for the original transaction. The name of the customer requesting the refund must match the name on the bank account.
4. Shipping and packaging charges are non-refundable.
